Fulfillment Policy

DELIVERY POLICY

  • Live classes: You will be emailed with a link to the class landing page, including a Zoom link for scheduled live sessions, at least 48 hours before class start. Recordings will be available for live classes within 24 hours after the session has ended. Recordings will be guaranteed available for 30 days after workshop ends.

  • Digital goods: You will be automatically emailed with a link to the recording

  • Goods: Your items will be mailed to you within 7 business days, unless it’s a preordered item which will state the expected shipping time in the product listing page.

REFUND POLICY

  • Workshops: Refunds are not accepted for live online courses. All sales are final. If you would like to transfer your spot or join a future cohort, please contact me to see if this is possible.

  • Goods: Refunds are available in some circumstances, such as a lost shipment or damaged goods. Please email us within 7 days of receipt of package to request a refund.


CANCELLATION POLICY

  • Workshops: Cancellations are not accepted for live online courses. All sales are final. If you would like to transfer your spot or join a future cohort, please contact me to see if this is possible.

  • Goods: If your order has not yet shipped, please contact me to request a cancellation and refund. Once your order has shipped, we are unable to cancel or refund the order.
